We guarantee the workmanship of our products for a period of 90 days from the date of installation.
Additionally, the painted sheet metal on all units is protected by a warranty of 20 years against any peeling, cracking, blistering, flaking, splitting, or delamination of panels, assuming proper care and maintenance by the user. If any such damage occurs within 20 years from the date of installation, we may choose to either repair or replace the damaged parts. Keep reading for more warranty information.
Please note that any alterations made by someone other than a Seller-approved subcontractor will void all warranties on the purchased unit. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damage caused by inclement weather.
It is important to mention that the 20-year limited warranty described above does not apply to buildings with a regular-style roof or a boxed eave-style roof longer than 31 feet. If the Buyer chooses one of these roof types and lengths, they waive the warranty of merchantability for their building.
By declining a vertical roof on any building longer than 31 feet, the Buyer acknowledges that the building will not be covered by the 20-year warranty mentioned in the previous paragraph. In such cases, buildings without a vertical roof and longer than 31 feet are only covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty and no other warranties. The warranty of merchantability for these buildings is specifically waived.
